Taylor Family

I had such a fun time with my cousins last October in their family photo shoot! We started out with all the kids that live at home and then got the whole family when the older kids showed up. They were all so fun to be with! I thought the photo shoot was a success!

These two kids were a blast to shoot, they were so excited to be in front of the camera and even helped me with so many suggestions of posing the family. And they were really good at it! What creative kids.

The girls were actually already posed for this shot as they watched me take pictures of the boys under the bridge, they were just so cute I couldn't help but take this one as well!

Nielsen Family

I had the opportunity to take pictures with the Nielsen family. I was a little worried when they showed up and I realized that they were all excited about making their mom, Kathy, happy with some beautiful pictures, but weren't so excited about actually having the pictures taken! Well, it took a little coaxing, but I think we all really had a lot of fun with it!

I put together a few collages just for fun before I handed over the pictures to the family. I loved the dynamics the family had with each other, their personalities made the collages perfect!

Even though this little guy didn't want to be my friend because I kept following him around with the camera, I just couldn't help it because of his big, huge eyes! Holy cow!

These two make such cute grandparents and their grandkids just adore them!

This little family of mom, dad and two girls is just adorable! I was so excited to take pictures of them individually. They are so cute!

Brewerton Family

I took pictures with the Brewerton family last April in their front yard. They live in my neighborhood and so it was great to run over and spend some time with this fantastic family!

One of the guys couldn't be there so I had to try to Photoshop him in later, I quickly learned this is one "talent" I could definitely use some work on. See what you think...

8 MONTHS!

IT HAS BEEN 8 MONTHS SINCE I POSTED PICTURES!

So you can understand the low quantity of pictures, here is a slight look into what has happened to me in the last year:

* I was asked to spend a third summer at Brighton LDS Girls Camp as a counselor, an honor that not many people get and that I was completely not planning on! *

* During the summer, my boyfriend proposed! *

* Then, right after (or before depending on who is telling the story...) my sister and her boyfriend got engaged! *

* August and September were crazy with full time work, planning my own and trying to be supportive and help my sister plan her wedding! *

*October brought the marriage of Brian and Jaime! For the first time we have a brother in law! *

* I got married to the best guy in the whole entire world on

November 19, 2010 in the Salt Lake City Temple! *

* December brought compromising about Christmas plans for the first time, Christmas shopping, and so many other things! *

* January was my month to calm down and actually get my house organized! *


Wow! I can't believe all of that happened to me, but I'm finally ready to get back on this photography thing! I am so excited to post all of the pictures I was able to take during this time and to take more and more! So, make sure and give me a call any time you need portraits or any sort of photography!
