SNOW!

I think the snow looks magical on my street. I don't know, it's just like fairy tale or something. So, anyway, I finally have the means to take a good picture of it!

The air in Salt Lake...

For those of you who hadn't noticed... the air in Salt Lake is the worst in the nation right now. I took advantage of this moment and got some good shots of the sunset on Wednesday night!


This one is my favorite. The colors are awesome!

O Christmas Tree...

On the day the Christmas tree came down I was so bored!! I think my mother was trying to get me out of her hair when she asked me to take some pictures of the tree before we took it down. It definitely worked... I was into it for a good hour!


I loved the color outside the window and I tried to focus on the far ornaments to pull your eyes to that color... Let me know what you think!


I was fascinated by the silver balls, which are so excitingly reflective!


This one is kind of silly, but as I moved the camera it almost looks like the angels wings were flapping. I wish I would have caught onto this before I downloaded all the pictures and the tree was down so I could play with that feeling a little more... I guess I'll just have to wait till next year.

Laura is so much fun as a model! She always is excited to have her picture taken and that comes through in the final picture! Thanks Laura!

On Christmas I finally got the new camera I've been hoping for! For a moment I had a small obsession with what everyone's hands were doing... all of our new toys used our hands in a different way. Although it was a small second and I was really tired and really excited, at the very least it was a fun idea!
